A major factor that makes LiveCode great, is you, the community. All you LiveCoders have always shown a great willingness to share what you've learned, and help other coders to grow in the LiveCode Way. Do you know something that would benefit others? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of our best articles and even series have been user contributed. I'm excited about the RPG design being discussed by Elizabeth Dalton in today's newsletter. Can't wait to hear more! Take a look at this great Cannonballs series by Robert Cailliau (yes, the branding has evolved a bit since 2008!). Still a great tutorial on how to program trajectories. Or how about Andre Garzia's Bootstrapping a CMS in 24hrs? If you want to know more about Server, Andre is your man! More recently, whatever you think of attempting to track mythical red coated bearded figures, the principles of creating great graphics using gradients in this article from Scott Rossi cannot be faulted.

But you don't have to be a guru to share. We love to hear new users experiences and discoveries. Or stories about what you are doing with LiveCode. Scott MacDonald told us about moving a Delphi app to LiveCode. Do you have a special tip to share? Something you think other users would love to know and might not have found by themselves? Don't keep it to yourself, enter into the LiveCode spirit and share!

We work hard to bring you interesting, topical and relevant articles every two weeks. We aim to cover technical subjects as well as wider marketing issues and give you a sense of what is going on with RunRev, LiveCode, and the community. We can't do it all alone. Whatever your LiveCode story, we'd really love to hear from you. Please email the editor with your idea and you may see yourself featuring in a future revUp.
