Where goes stacks, included stacks and externals? (was Dialogsinlibrary organization)

Hi Dar,

I think it's up to the developer to link libraries during the development
phase, and to distribute the application with the linked libraries in the
order which works best for him/her.

BTW, when you get a chance, can you email me a copy of Chipp's really cool
3D render stack? I would love to see it! ;-) (also include your high
precision math stack if you don't mind)
