Definitions:
Support means we will help you to understand the features of the Revolution environment that you need to achieve your aim.
An Incident is defined as one clear programming issue which will be addressed by our support team. Further issues arising from the incident, or unrelated to the incident, will be treated as separate incidents. Our support will continue by phone or email until the incident is resolved.
Response times means the time between our receiving your initial call or email, and when we first get back to you. May be less than those advertised, but will not be more. One day means one business day, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise specified. Likewise, two or three days means business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Resolution means one of the following:
Liability: Runtime Revolution Ltd does not accept liability in any circumstances for any consequences of the support provided beyond the price paid for support.
Note that to purchase any of these support packages you need to have an active subscription to a Revolution License.
