Party

I don't know about you, but with Christmas fast approaching I'm in party mood already! Which is why I'm delighted to be able to tell you that RunRev have sponsored the best party in town for MacWorld, California, January 26-28, 2012. For 8 years now the Cirque du Mac has been a who's who of the Mac community, all there to let their hair down, have some fun and make connections. This is the only place to catch a performance from the infamous Macworld All-Star Band: Paul Kent (Macworld Expo General Manager), Chris Breen (MacWorld Magazine) Bryan Chaffin & Chuck LaTournous (MacObserver) Bob "Dr Mac" LeVitus (Houston Chronicle), Duane Straub and of course Dave Hamilton (Mac Observer and Mac Geek Gab). I'm told these guys are pretty good, but if that's not enough for you there will be face painters, henna tattoo artists and "all sorts of other crazy things going on" - at least so the organizers have promised us. And of course there'll be plenty of free drink too, to help with the fun.

And guess what, we have 50 tickets to give away!!! Read on to find out more...

MacWorld - January 26 - 28, 2012. San Francisco

The backdrop for the Cirque Du Mac party is the annual MacWorld/iWorld conference. Are you attending the show or live in the Bay Area? We want to meet you! We've organized a LiveCode Meetup during the conference and hope you can come by to meet and share ideas with other LiveCode users. Kevin Miller, RunRev CEO, will be in town from the UK and will lead the Meetup with a quick demo of the latest version, answer your questions and discuss your awesome LiveCode projects. This will be a great opportunity to share ideas, collaborate on challenges and, most importantly, make connections with other LiveCode programmers. You're welcome to bring a friend along, and if you can't make it recommend to colleagues. RSVP at www.meetup.com/LiveCode.
