One week to go before the Event of the Year kicks off in Las Vegas! You've bought your tickets to Revolution Live (what, you haven't?? it's not too late, click here NOW), you've booked the flights and our speakers are eagerly waiting to meet you. With sessions ranging from a grounding in the basics to using SQLite, Quicktime, CGI's and Externals, we've got the best ever array of content for your education and delight. No doubt you've checked out the line-up of Speakers on the RunRevLive website, but there is one important person you haven't yet met. Let me introduce you to Jo Hernandez, our Financial Controller and Conference Organiser Extraordinaire!

Jo joined the Runtime Team over 4 years ago now, stepping into the role of Financial Controller. Managing the accounts for both our suppliers and customers, Jo also keeps an eye on the office to make sure things are running smoothly and the team never run out of coffee!

A lady of many talents, Jo is originally from the Isle of Wight in the very South of England. She started as an accounts assistant, and at the age of 19 set up her own department in a computer company. She moved to Scotland over ten years ago and has never looked back. She has worked in credit control and recovery, as well as for several major banks such as the Royal Bank of Scotland and the National Austria Group.

However, banking and accounts were not sufficiently exciting for Jo. An interest in Hospitality and celebrities led to a course in Hospitality Management, and a parallel career in several five star Hilton hotels. Jo has worked for Buckingham Palace, handed milk and sugar to Princess Anne, and worked at the Royal Yacht Squadron. Since coming to Runtime she has readily put her talents to good use organising company Events and charity dinners alike.

With a strong interest in fashion & all things "Quintessentially British" Jo keeps herself busy outside of the office and has been known to hob-nob with many a top designer and guru, celebrity - don't even ask her about the press exposure, you'll never stop her talking!!

Jo will be your hostess in Las Vegas, and she can't wait to meet you.
