RevSelect Webinar Series Announced
Join us in this exciting series of Webinars, showing you how to use our most popular RevSelect products
Following the recent success of Webinars about Revolution 3.5 and On-Rev, we now invite you to join us for a series of Webinars focussing on RevSelect products. Over the coming weeks we will be holding Webinars on each of these, where the creator and vendor of the product will show you personally how to get the best out of it, what its for, how to use it and why you might want it.
Our RevSelect products can be found here. These represent some of the most useful add-ons for Revolution, adding things like charting abilities and reporting, created by third party vendors. Do you want a faster, smoother workflow when writing your code? Try the GLX2 Script Editor. Has your project ever slowed down because you needed a higher-performance database engine? Try Valentina and see if it can speed up your record access. Or you spent too much time designing reports by hand? Quartam Reports may be just what you need.
The first Webinar focusses on FMPro Migrator. In this presentation, David Simpson will focus on moving from Filemaker to Revolution. FmPro Migrator Developer Edition is able to quickly and accurately migrate FileMaker Pro databases to MySQL, Oracle, Access, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2, OpenBase, PostgreSQL and FrontBase as well as converting FileMaker Layouts and ScriptMaker scripts into Revolution stacks. FileMaker Pro database structure and data are migrated to a database table in the destination database. Large text and container field data are also migrated without manual data entry. Perl CGI scripts can be generated for each destinaton database to provide a web-based interface for the migrated data.
You will be able to follow an on screen presentation and walkthrough, followed by a live question and answer session where you can ask the vendor any questions you may have.
